Nei pressi dell’azienda è stata realizzata una villa bifamiliare progettata in simbiosi con il fabbricato agricolo esistente realizzato negli anni 90. La particolarità del fabbricato è quella di essere rialzato di un piano rispetto alla quota naturale del terreno. Architettura tradizionale con tetto a falde e inseriti di pietra sulle facciate.
