Il progetto ha previsto la riqualificazione integrale del fabbricato con la riqualificazione dei prospetti. E’ stato riequilibrato il rapporto vuoti/pieni delle facciate ridimensionando le bucature esistenti con una diversa proporzione tra larghezza e altezza. Sono stati inseriti due piccoli balconi ed è prevista la sostituzione del tetto in latero cemento con uno in legno

The project has expected the complete redevelopment of the building. It has been rebalanced the relation between empty and full spaces of the facades, resizing the existing holes with a different balance between wide and height. Two little balconies have been inserted and it is supposed to replace the roof made of clay cement with a new one made of wood.
