The project involves, looking for an architectonical and functional requalification for that area, to tear down the existing building, which has been edified in the 60’s, to construct a new contemporary building. The structure will be featured with large open spaces in order to benefit of the area in front of it, enhanced and upgraded with green open spaces and rest areas.
